    Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

    • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
    • The product received does not match the description or customization as agreed.
  2. Requesting a Refund
    To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide the following details:

    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
    • A brief description of the issue
  3. Non-Refundable Items
    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on the following:

    • Customized or personalized products (unless damaged or incorrect)
    • Items that show signs of use or wear
    • Change of mind after the product has been customized
  4. Processing Time
    Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  5. Return Shipping
    If you are eligible for a refund due to a defect or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange a defective product for the same item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
